My Sister Amy

Let me tell you about my Sister Amy.  You may be reading this post because of her.  She is an amazing person, a devoted mother, and a faithful sister.  I want to preface my comments with “weight is not a measure of success or failure”.  Amy’s story isn’t about weight loss.  Amy’s story is about commitment, and are the results of integrity.  Amy was tired of the way she felt, and she asked my wife Bridget for some help.  Amy chose to be accountable.  She didn’t make excuses.  She didn’t rationalize poor food choices.  She chose to create a new future of health and wellness.  I don’t love her any more or any less.  But I’ve never been more proud of her for her way of being!

Keep on Walkin’

How much would you pay me for a pill that would help you avoid Alzheimer’s and dementia?  What would you do to be able to live a quality life, a little longer?  What would you pay me to take away your knee pain?  What if I told you I found something that could relieve discouragement and moderate depression?  What if you knew it would reduce your risk for many cancers, heart disease and diabetes?  Would you buy it?

Great news!  I’ve found the magic bullet! And its free!
